A short portrait a friend of mine did with some music and photos from my personal archive for a group of actual and former Methadone patients in Zurich. The Swiss town, once worldwide known for his "Needle Park", is avocating by now with success a more liberal way in handling the use of illegal substances. Drugs like Methadone, Morphine, Subutex and even heroin are prescribed by physicians and help addicts to live a much more normal life. As a result the number of fatal overdoses is in Zurich at an alltime low. As is the rate of new HIV infections among drug users.
